| At the 14th Annual Los Angeles Music Awards held on November 18, 2004 Trevor was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award. The LAMA is the longest running major awards show for independent artists in the country. |

Trevor joined Yes members Alan White, Chris Squire, and Steve Howe on November 11, 2004 for an appearance at a Concert for the Prince's Trust, a tribute show which featured a number of bands produced over the years by the one-time Yes member and producer Trevor Horn. The performance included an electric version of "Owner of a Lonely Heart" with an orchestra handling the keyboard parts. Other acts appearing included ABC, Art of Noise, Belle & Sebastian, Buggles, Lisa Stansfield, Pet Shop Boys, Propaganda, and Seal. |

| For his many noteworthy accomplishments Trevor received an Outstanding Career Achievement Award at the 2004 Temecula Valley International Film & Music Festival on September 12, 2004. The award was in recognition of Trevor's long list of film credits and was presented to him by Rene Harlen. |
